Coach Dayne helps you navigate the five stages of change for your health and wellness journey by teaching you how to implement and conquer each stage, empowering you to take back control of your life. Remember, your health and wellness starts from within... From the way that we nourish our bodies to managing our negative self talk, and all of it in between; I'll take you step by step through each obstacle as we plant your intentions, cultivate your actions and harvest a balanced and healthy lifestyle!
STAGE ONE: PRECONTEMPLATION - NOT READY YET
What it looks like: You’re not currently considering a change. You might feel discouraged by past attempts, believe change isn’t necessary, or think it’s not possible right now. Maybe you're aware that your health could improve, but the idea of exercise or a nutrition plan feels overwhelming—or even irrelevant.
How we help: At this stage, our goal is to offer information without pressure. We provide inspiration through real-life success stories, educational resources, and free consultations that gently explore what’s possible—when you're ready. No guilt. No shame. Just open doors.
STAGE TWO: CONTEMPLATION - THINKING ABOUT IT
What it looks like: You're beginning to weigh the pros and cons of making a lifestyle change. Maybe you've said, "I know I need to get healthier," but haven't taken action yet. You’re curious about what a healthier lifestyle might look like—but you’re still battling doubts or uncertainty.
How we help: We support you with clear, judgment-free guidance. At this stage, we focus on helping you set personal goals, understand barriers, and clarify your why. Our team works with you to turn vague ideas into tangible possibilities—so you can feel confident and motivated to move forward.
STAGE THREE: PREPARATION - GETTING READY
What it looks like: You’re ready to take action soon—maybe even in the next few days or weeks. You might already be researching workouts, planning meals, or trying to find a gym that fits your lifestyle. You're done thinking and ready to start doing.
How we help: This is where we shine. We’ll work with you to create a personalized fitness and nutrition plan, schedule your first sessions, and introduce you to the tools, classes, and accountability systems that will set you up for success. The first steps are often the hardest—so we walk them with you.
STAGE FOUR: ACTION - LET'S DO THIS
What it looks like: You’re actively making changes. Whether you’ve joined our training program, started meal planning, or committed to regular workouts, you're doing the work. You may be feeling excited, nervous, sore, or all of the above.
How we help: In the action phase, consistency is key. Our coaches and community provide structure, support, and accountability to keep you on track. We celebrate your wins—big and small—and help you navigate setbacks with strategies, not shame.
STAGE FIVE: MAINTENANCE - STAYING STRONG
What it looks like: You’ve built healthier habits and are committed to maintaining them. You’ve likely experienced progress—physically, mentally, or emotionally—and you're feeling proud. But staying on course can still be a challenge.
How we help: We shift the focus from transformation to long-term sustainability. That means ongoing support, progress tracking, and community encouragement. Whether you're setting new goals or just want to stay in shape, we’re here to keep you growing—without burnout or boredom.
Change isn’t a single decision—it’s a series of steps, and everyone moves through them at their own pace. At Stages of Change Fitness, we don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all programs. We believe in meeting you where you are—and helping you move forward, one stage at a time.

Four years of falling in love with how fitness helped people fight for their health—each with their own unique story and purpose—completely consumed me. I saw firsthand how transformative movement could be, not just physically but mentally and emotionally, and I knew I had to be part of it.
NASM-Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) since 2018, I bring close to seven years of experience—and a true passion for transformation—to every client I work with. I specialize in functional health and fitness for midlife and senior adults, helping people improve strength, mobility, and confidence at any age or stage.
Guided by the Stages of Change Model, my approach is rooted in meeting clients exactly where they are—whether they're just thinking about getting started or looking to stay strong long-term. I believe in eliminating self-doubt and building self-efficacy through encouragement, education, and consistent support. No matter where you begin, I’m here to help you move forward—one stage at a time.
